The Board of RAB Special Situations Company Limited announces that, at the Extraordinary General Meeting held today at 10.00 a.m., Resolution 1 was not passed and Resolution 2 was passed. The results are shown below.

Given that Resolution 1 was not passed and Resolution 2 adopted, the Company has today adopted the New Investing Policy.

The Directors of the Company will shortly serve notice on RAB Special Situations (Master) Fund Limited to redeem its Existing Investment.
