The new interest bid of 75.3M at .0002 was in place from before the open today - rather than being built up to over several hours and then being partially cancelled temporarily to use cash on other quick movers. It keeps coming back and sooner or later will hit the ask taking out .0003 + .0004 at least.

3M bought so far on the ask - counted down to 23.3M left.

My personal opinion is Sflm is waiting on van noy to say he’s ready. They are still testing the x drill but all the people working on it and original investors need to get paid. Been 2 years. What better way than to be a part of a public company?
He issued a public offering and asked the Sec to decline it recently, so Sflm may be on the table. They may also be waiting till they get the green light from the sec to do a s1 offering again after the mavin fiasco.

We're do a 10q soon. It's possible it may say the debt is eliminated or close to. It should have some effect I'd think but its just my opinion.

Somewhere between now and three weeks - approximately May 15 we're due for our next 10q. In my beliefs it could be a share price mover because it could state that last bit of debt has been resolved and makes this Shell very clean and ready for deposit of some new business plans. We'll see.

Given the current situation, anything is possible in either direction, at any time. In my opinion though, TA and charts don't really apply to this stock right now. Not enough trading volume or volatility to matter.

Everyone is just waiting for some company communication. I'd expect most people will hold or slowly add until we get an update, at which point another buying frenzy could happen if the news is solid.

The company hasn't diluted since January, once the old notes were seemingly paid off, and I'm not sure why any shareholders would bail at this point.

I recognize things can change in an instant but from a chart technicals standpoint, I see nothing favorable. With continued silence I wouldn't be surprised to see 0001s again. I don't understand why an organization buys a company only to let it be obliterated. Was this the plan or is there something else going on?

At this point, Chad might as well just sell this thing to someone who actually wants to use it. He doesn't appear to have any immediate plan, nor does his supposed "venture capital" firm seem to be able to raise any capital for new ventures. The books are clean. Let someone else turn it into an actual company.
