It just seems that we can't really get any traction here. But then again the OTC is not what it was a couple years ago. There's hardly any influx of big and or new money coming into the penny market. It was destroyed with new SEC regulations in late 2021.

Agreed Arm49 - The big picture is starting to show A LOT of progress. Can take years to get a business off the ground and yet Logan has really seemed to get ART Digital creating enough revs to move forward while all the other catalyst fall into place. If these prices hold another couple weeks I believe I am going to add a bit more.

ART Digital have become a revenue generating machine. We have to be bringing in 3 to 4 million per quarter based on the revs we know are flowing in.
Meanwhile, the pps sits at triple 3's and the CEO is quite.
There is no way that CGAC stay at this level for more than 2 or 3 more weeks IMHO...

From the current tweet:

“In February, Bit Digital signed two new agreements with KaboomRacks for 19 MW, under which KaboomRacks will receive between 19.75% and 40% of net mining profit. Deployment under these agreements is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2025.”

This is on top of the LOI with Forced Physics, the closing of the Hillmont Bitcoin mining facility in Odessa Texas, attendance at Mining Disrupt 2025, Year End report in 12 days. If there was ever a mic drop, A.R.T. Digital just did it.

These folks mean business. Still to be had at .0003, are you kidding me. Unfortunately, I have limited funds to work with; however, I hope other staunch longs are loading up because IMO a healthy payday is in the near future.

Issuers that do not provide updated information, ongoing reporting and the required management certifications will see their securities transition to the Pink Limited Market or to the Expert Restricted Market, whichever is applicable. This will make it clear that the issuer has no ongoing relationship with OTC Markets Group, while still allowing broker-dealers to serve clients willing to trade these securities. The “Pink” branding is well suited to warn investors of the potential for market imperfections, issuer information asymmetries and other risks of these orphaned securities.
