Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

 

On November 25th Franchise Holdings International (“FNHI”) issued a press release announcing that it has had the claims from its newest and most valuable patent granted. The corporation expects to have the patent granted and published within the following 30-60 days. The corporation intendeds to request a series of continuations with the USPTO in the near future. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. The information in this Item 7.01 and the exhibit attached hereto are furnished to, but not filed with, the Securities and Exchange Commission.
