Results of EGM 
The Company is pleased to announce that all Resolutions were passed at the 
Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held earlier today. 
Application has been made for the admission of the enlarged share capital of the 
Company to AIM and admission and commencement of dealings is expected to 
commence on 9 April 2009. 
The name of the Company will change to Green CO2 plc effective from 9 April 
2009. The new EPIC code will be GCO.
