Cancellation of trading on AIM

Titan Europe announces that, further to the statement made by Titan International, Inc. ("Titan Inc") in the Offer Document posted on 14 September 2012 regarding the intention to de-list the Company's ordinary shares from trading on AIM if the Offer is declared wholly unconditional and acceptances reach not less than 75%, the Company today announces that its admission to trading on AIM will be cancelled with effect from 7:00 a.m. on 12 November 2012 (the "Cancellation"). In accordance with Rule 41 of the AIM Rules, Titan Europe has notified the London Stock Exchange of the Cancellation. The Cancellation follows the announcement by Titan Inc on 5 October 2012 that the recommended share offer for Titan Europe by Titan International, Inc. has been declared wholly unconditional and acceptances had reached 87.24%.

In its announcement on 5 October 2012, Titan Inc stated that the offer will close to further acceptances at 1pm (London time) on 19 October 2012. Titan Europe shareholders who do not return valid acceptances by this time will not be entitled to accept the offer. Therefore Titan Europe shareholders who have not accepted the offer should note that cancellation is likely to reduce significantly the liquidity and marketability of Titan Europe shares not acquired under the offer. Once cancellation has taken effect, Titan Europe shareholders will no longer be able to effect transactions in Titan Europe shares on AIM.
