                        Patientline plc ("the Company")

                               Additional Listing



Application has today been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange for a total of 128,205 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the
London Stock Exchange's main market. These Ordinary Shares are being issued
pursuant to an exercise of options in January 2004, for which a listing
application was not made due to a clerical error at that time. Admission of the
Ordinary Shares is expected to become effective on 28 March 2008.
