of any trading in shares but is to
update a prior notification in light
of an issuance of shares by Proximagen
Group Plc (the "Company") that occurred
on 4 October 2011. This issuance increased
the Company's total number of shares
to 63,119,601 and consequently reduced
the Firm's indirect interest below
25% and 24%. The delay in notification
is due to the fact that the Company's
revised total number of shares was
only reflected in the information
provided by our data providers, and
hence our monitoring systems, on 14
June 2012.
