Offshore Hydrocarbon Mapping plc ("the Company")

Additional Listing

The Company has today made an application to London Stock Exchange plc for the admission to trading on AIM of 192,567 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares")("Admission"). These new Ordinary Shares have been allotted to 10 employees following the exercise of share options over 192,567 Ordinary Shares under the Company's Share Award Plan. Admission is expected to take place on 29 November 2010.

The new Ordinary Shares will rank equally in all respects with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares. Following Admission, the Company's issued ordinary share capital will comprise 110,710,256 Ordinary Shares.
