Orchid Developments Group Ltd, the Bulgarian focused property developer and investor, announces that it has been notified today that Value Investments Limited, which is beneficially owned by David Barry, as of 27 July 2012, was interested in 3,737,500 ordinary shares of EUR0.01 each in the Company, representing approximately 3.98 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
