WOODSTOCK, Ill., May 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Inter-Americas, Inc. (IA) has continued to perform its due diligence on the potential NSOL transaction since making its unsolicited bid offer in December 2007. There have been extensive negotiations ongoing with the senior management of NSOL and its wholly subsidiary FFI (OTC:NSOL) (BULLETIN BOARD: NSOL) , as well as providing information about the company and its ongoing projects. IA is very encouraged to learn about the opportunity in the State of Kentucky regarding the coal to liquid fuels proposed facility to be built in Muhlenberg County and operated by NSOL/FFI. This is the initial facility out of the five proposed CTL facilities to be built in the State of Kentucky. IA is currently waiting on NSOL/FFI to get the project in the State of Kentucky into a position whereby the lease site, feedstock agreements, and State Grant funding for engineering and development have been put into place with FFI's local partner, Kentucky Fuels Associates, Phoenix Coal Company and the State of Kentucky. IA has been assured that the Kentucky project is moving forward and will be signed off by all parties in the near future. Based on this information, IA will continue its due diligence evaluation for the NSOL/FFI transaction and decide how to proceed accordingly.
