Prospective suspension of trading on AIM due to the delayed publication of the Annual Report for the year ended June 2013

The Company announces that further to the decisions terminate operations in India and concentrate management in Geneva, unexpected difficulties have been experienced with the completion of the Annual Report for the year ended June 2013 resulting in a delay that will stretch beyond the upcoming AIM deadline being 31 December 2013. Consequently, the Company expects its shares to be suspended from trading on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange from 23 December 2013 until its Annual Report is published. We anticipate that publication shall be no later than 31 January 2014.
