SALE OF TREASURY shares
CQS New City High Yield Fund Limited announces that on 17 May
2018 the Company completed the sale of 1,577,441 ordinary shares of
no par value each out of treasury at a price of 60.75 pence per
share.
Following this sale, the Company's issued share capital consists
of 397,951,858 ordinary shares, none of which are held in treasury.
Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is
397,951,858 and that figure may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if
they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their
interest, in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.
