                      Board and senior management changes

Following the Group's acquisition today of Promodus Limited ("Promodus"), the
marketing agency, and the acquisition, announced on 3 August 2007, of the
Leapfrog Group, the Australian-based loyalty programmes and sales promotion
business, the Directors of MKM are pleased to announce the following senior
management and Board changes, which take immediate effect.

Mark Koch, founder and Chief Executive of MKM, is to assume the position of
Executive Deputy Chairman.  Mark, who has been responsible for leading the
Group's core UK activities since he founded the business in 1989, will now be
responsible for global business development, major client relationships and will
drive product innovation within the Group.  Simon Ward, Managing Director of
Promodus, is joining the executive committee of the Group and will become
Managing Director of MKM Concepts Limited, driving day to day operations and
reporting to Andrew Johnson, Executive Chairman.

Andrew Johnson, Executive Chairman, commented,
