Notice of Annual General Meeting and
Posting of Annual Report & Account
The Company wishes to bring to shareholders attention that the
Record date as set out in the notice to shareholders of the Annual
General Meeting of the Company was incorrectly stated as being on
31 July 2011. Shareholders must be entered on the Register of
Members of the Company by 2.00pm on 19 October 2012. MobileWave
confirms that the Annual Report & Accounts for the period ended
28 February 2012 have been posted to the Company's shareholders.
The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Tuesday,
23 October at 2.00 p.m. at the offices of Edwin Coe LLP, 2 Stone
Buildings, Lincoln's Inn, London, WC2A 3TH.
