Transparency Rules, GCP Infra, the only UK listed fund focused
primarily on investments in UK infrastructure debt, would like to
notify the market of the following:
As at 28 February 2018, the Company's issued share capital
consists of 874,016,483 Ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each with voting
rights.
The above figure of 874,016,483 may be used by shareholders as
the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine
if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to
their interest in, GCP Infra, under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance
and Transparency Rules.
