--Drinks company Diageo is planning to sell-off a portfolio of U.S.-focused spirits brands for a likely price of between $500 million and $1 billion, reports Sky News, citing unnamed sources.

--The brands for sale include cinnamon schnapps Goldschlager, Myers's Rum, vodka brand Popov and sambuca Romana, with Diageo hoping to sell the portfolio in a single deal, says Sky.
