                                                  Placing Announcement 
 
Captive Audience Display Solutions plc ("CAds") is pleased to announce that it has completed a placing of 7,335,000 New 
Ordinary Shares ("the Placing Shares") of ?0.0001 each at a price of StgGBP0.007 per share to raise gross proceeds of 
StgGBP51,345. The estimated expenses of the placing are StgGBP4,621. The net proceeds of the placement will be used to fund 
the ongoing operating costs and working capital requirements of the Company. 
 
As a result of the above transaction, the Company now has 181,315,227 Ordinary Shares in issue. The Directors 
shareholding following the placing remains at 23,200,769 Ordinary Shares which now represents 12.8% of the enlarged 
share capital. 
 
Following the placing, the substantial shareholdings which remain unchanged are stated below. The revised percentage 
holding following the placing are also detailed below:
