    BKN announces capital increase

    BKN, the media and entertainment company specialising in the children's market, announced that today the management board, with the
consent of the supervisory board, has resolved to utilise the authorised share capital by issuing up to 1,000,000 new shares at an issue
price of EUR 2.10 per new share and to exclude the pre-emptive rights of the shareholders. The new shares will be offered to institutional
investors by way of a private placement.  The use of proceeds will be to produce the second season of the Zorro-Generation Z project.
