Further to its announcement released on 24 November 2009, Business Control 
Solutions Group plc (the "Company") announces that the circular relating to the 
proposed cancellation of admission to trading on AIM of the Company's ordinary 
shares and its re-registration as a private limited company and the tender offer 
has been posted to the Company's shareholders.
