Aero Inventory plc ("the Company") has been informed that on 15 and 18 May 2009 
Katharine Mary Webster, spouse of Martin Webster, a director of the Company, 
made purchases amounting to 27,508 Ordinary Shares of 1.25p in the Company 
("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 181 pence per share. 
 
 
As a result of these purchases, Mr Webster has direct and beneficial interests 
in 102,475 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.2% of the issued share capital of the
