Armor Designs, Inc., ("ADI", "Armor" or the "Company"), a knowledge-based designer, developer and manufacturer of next generation composite protective products in the fields of oil & natural gas, infrastructure, aerospace, sports, nuclear, and personal protection, is pleased to announce that following the expiration of the trading restrictions on the shares held by US persons under US securities law, the Company has decided to discontinue the trading symbol ADIS.L.

ISIN USU042271010, SEDOL B29LZG8, ADIS.L will close after the end of trading on 13 November 2013.

From 8 a.m. on 14 November 2013, the entire issued share capital of the Company will trade under the ADID.L ticker, ISIN and SEDOL numbers, listed below which will remain the same as the existing ADID.L quote.

The Company's issued share capital will remain at 27,267,471 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each, with one voting right per share. There are no shares held in treasury.
