Notice is hereby given that certain Noteholders holding approximately 35% in outstanding principal amount of the Notes have formed the Committee.

The Committee has appointed PJT Partners as its financial advisor and Latham & Watkins LLP as its legal advisor, and commenced discussions with the Company and other stakeholders. The Committee and those Noteholders in contact with the Committee's advisors hold more than 50% of the outstanding principal amount of the Notes.

The Committee and its advisors would like to engage with other Noteholders to understand their positions and perspectives. In order to facilitate future communications and discussions among the Noteholders, we invite all Noteholders to identify themselves to the Committee's financial and legal advisers. Further, the Committee welcomes engagement with the holders of the Company's Schuldscheindarlehen and would encourage holders thereof to reach out to the Committee's advisors.

Please note that Noteholders do not need to restrict themselves from trading in order to make contact with the Committee or its advisors.
