Holding Company, Inc. (ZMRK) announces the signing of a definitive agreement
with Modern Wellness Living, LLC to develop, design, and globally market the revolutionizing
technology known as, BB-XT55. The stock swap and legal agreements was finalized
September 13, 2013. The visionary genius behind this technology is Johnny
Ruston of Modern Wellness, LLC.  Johnny
states, ?After many years of developing and testing my technology, I have made
the pledge to make this astonishing product available to the world, so everyone
can have the benefit of good heath and healing,? Zalemark has the support and
endorsement of some of the most well respected doctors in this field.
Additionally, there will be other applications of the technology such as the
creams and more to be announced.
