Universal Infotainment Systems Corp. (Pink: UNIV), is pleased to announce that the company has invested in several cyrptocurrency mining contracts with Electrum LLC.


This decision by the Board of Directors, will assure a steady monthly income for UISC both as a client of Electrum LLC through the mining contracts and revenue by providing software services to Electrum LLC through our subsidiary Stealthcom Labs BG.

Based on the current financial trend of Crypto Currencies, UISCs mining Contracts at Electrum LLC will project steady revenue which we project will cover the monthly development costs of Stealthcom Labs in BG while the development team is rapidly moving toward the BETA version of the Secure Phone which is projected to debut by year end.

Yeah it's weird how the other day it had 80k in volume without news and now news and nothing. There was only one buy for 2.5k

I expected the news to have more meat though. They already mentioned a version of that in the last Q

As I mentioned on the other board, I think the ultimate goal here is to for Electrum, LLC to do a reverse merger into UNIV. Emanuel already owns 77.5% of UNIV

after doing some basic dd, it does appear that they have their act together when it comes to filings and being forth coming with investor information

I did make a small purchase of 5k shares but sold them at about the same price due to lack of volume & interest, not holding any shares right now

Keeping this on the radar though

Is it legit? hard telling but 100m deal out of Dubai or UAE is probably not that big with the bucks they have over there

The target market appears to be the high end, if they made way into the low end consumer market with the likes of garmin etc, then the interest would probably take off

definetly something to watch, and if their technology is superior and patented, could also be a buyout play imo

I was just using this as a reference point for what I would like to see global do and didn't want to act like I was plugging anything since I started this board.

I started the board after seeing the pr about the 100mil distro deal in Dubai and looking at some of the filings and share structures etc, most of the public available dd looks clean and very interesting to say the least

right now, the spreads are too large and there is no volume to speak of and prob little retail following right now

but this is something that I am keeping my eye on long term as a potential investment especially if they entered into the consumer market to compete with the likes of the other gps players like garmin etc

disclosing - I did pick up 5k shares at .20 for my 401k and am interested in finding out more about the long term prospects here
