NYSE was first test, if not then Nasdaq was his second choice and IF*** that fails he was quite comfortable to stay here and build the company on the OTCQX. I love your thoughts and ideas but on the otc, you don’t get paid to wait. I have lost over a million dollars on 3-4 otc positions I was “waiting on”. I really wish I had that money. Regardless of the company on the otc (minus foreign cos that have tickers ending in F), the algorithms are all the same. No volume gets slowly shorted down by the mms. That is a fact. Time on otc equals losing money. Relative value is almost always irrelevant as time passes as well. Hence the algos that slowly short to zero.

But, i can’t figure out the algorithm here, yet, as it has something going on. I was starting to think the company is the bid at 9 the last couple of weeks but that isn’t. Someone or some fund is at 9 because I can tell you it is not a market maker. otherwise, we would be 3-7 area already especially knowing a reverse split is extremely probable.

Back to your thoughts about a surprise technology or something else, that could appear. My thought is that would have been used in an argument privately to the NYSE to stay listed as it would have been a feather in their cap. But instead, they didn’t even fight the delisting. Not to mention, communication around it was horrible. Regardless, I feel strongly they could have most likely fixed their listing issue if they had such an “asset “

Bjarne has another string to his bow.

Every CEO has to build the company or it dies. Some guy here hypothesized that Bjarne might have another product, do you remember that guy?? Anyway I got to thinking about the idea and it slowly dawned on me that another product might have been what the CEO alluded to over the phone only I didn't know it at the time.

Anyhow as Tiger mentioned Bjarne isn't the type to boast quite, the opposite. So let's say he has a health centric ultrasonic power instrument to show to the public as SONX's latest procedure tool. Well we know for sure if that's the case that it will still be in development. So be very certain Bjarne won't be talking about it until there's something that's tasty for investors. Yep, we are looking at June to the earliest on anything as the reverse split vote is at the June board meeting. That is why I say this stock is going to suffer significantly until we see the results of the June vote

I’m pretty sure the valentine managers thought they were buying a good thing at the price they did when they did. They are hedge funds who got it wrong like us. Well, I speak for myself when I say that, as I thought with this technology we would already be on the big boards

They partnered out TDO, specifically to boost sales. Not sure but seem to recall they are
paying less employees to do the same job. So there's those unprecedentedly low HR expenses to consider.

I can't see see how they couldn't improve! They completed Gen lV and the Onesize fits all Clean Flow Procedure Tool 4 months ahead of time. So the new hardware they banked on was fully ready to attract more Endodontists and Dentists as buyers of Gen lV the entire quarter.

SONX sold TDO March 4th so roughly half a quarter without TDO holding them back could have freed up more HR to drum up sales as well. Looks like we are about to find out how much better. We sure could use some good news. Hey I wonder if we finally find out why those Valentine's Day Fund Managers arrived on the doorstep enmasse. That was a weird one!

That said he's quite prepared to stay OTC.

However long it takes. Of course no one knows the story or the PR. Think of exchanges as the vehicle. Where forever vastly improved dentistry (yet more attainable) is the destination. What I can share is the plot.

There are 9 million Canadians that qualify for PM Trudeau's free dentistry for life program. It's justified because regular dentistry translates into fewer hospital visits. A very worthy goal funding wise as preventitive dentistry breeds preventitive medecine.

All those 9 million qualifiers must earn less than $90,000 Cdn a year. Bare in mind Gentle Wave is already being used just a mile from me in my little city. So well represented generally But what's going to happen to the other 30 million Canadians? Well firstly government will realize the incredible savings coupled with the standard of care and improvements in preventitive dentistry provides along with 3x as many Root Canals as regular dentists offer now.

Market wants a PR too. Bjarne knows that. I don't know if you've noticed or not but the big boards have been thumbing their nose at the OTC. Big boards have been on a bullish run since I think January.

Anyway your CEO knows this only too well also. That not only drives him harder to get more Revenue coming in, but more convinced he needs to keep his nose to the grindstone if he wants out of the OTC. Spoiler alert he definitely does! 🤔

First consider the difficulties.

Corporate cash is tight until October elections all over the North American continent. Electioneering will drum up to an October crescendo. By then promises of spending are flowing every where.

Is it ridiculous to think Sonendo has been advised under a wink-wink nudge-nudge verbal agreement they are a shoe-in as long they lay low till say Labour Day? I'm thinking yes, only in that it is likely more than one significant contract and international in scope.

Highly imprudent of Bjarne to concoct any pump & dump cheesey PR just to hold investor interest. Block out the the R/S narrative for a minute , the uplist hype too. You're still left with a good company needing to grow to survive.
