Completely agree. There seems to be a disconnect though for some reason. Their earnings are only calling this company at 9 cents. Therefore, the market isn’t even pricing in the technology. Maybe the technology isn’t is great as we think, who knows

To me, it’s a stupid game he is playing. Even if he reverse splits, why would you want to reverse split at nine cents? If he can even pump it a little bit I’m sure he has some good news to put out of some sort and try to get the price up to 20,30 or $.40 and then split while on the OTC.

Me too. Byrne is out of touch a tad and only has stiffel as their one broker/dealer/analyst that covers them. The otc is a dangerous place for companies and I have seen many successful companies have their stocks eaten alive (slowly) by mms until they either have great news to move higher or do a reverse split. I will be shorting this ahead of the vote if I can because I don’t want to have to sell all of my shares as I know eventually we will be in a better place

The ceo needs to accept what is and treat this as the NASDAQ and normalize communication and market his products on the otc till ready for the upward move.
It may take time but at least he can get the price moving and get active discussions
