There's not much to tell you. After suffering through him singing along with Hey Children What's That Sound by The Buffalo Springfield, where he didn't know half the lyrics, he started in with all the troubles he's still having with Finra asking for more information. But says everything will be settled soon, at which time he'll have good news for shareholders. Working on the audited financials still for the Form 10.

Thinks all the coding will be enough to get a Nasdaq listing in 2026. 🙄

As to the A/S, the TA informed him of some weird situation with reserve shares he discovered that were issued 8 years ago. The two companies that they were issued to no longer exist. Once that matter is cleared up, the A/S will go to 100M. But until then, the reserve shares need to be accounted for.

That's it. Short and sweet. Lasted about 11 minutes.

I agree. The A/S should be reduced by some ratio, as well. Obviously, it can't be done at the same ratio as the R/S, which would defeat the purpose of the split, which is so they can sell shares, but leaving it at 20B as in this case is downright insulting.

Too bad regulation is required to do the decent thing.

There should be a rule where if you make these large splits like this the AS must be split as well. But these organizations aren’t for retail traders.

The first step in making a corporate change is to make it at the state level where you're incorporated. Everything follows from there. IF Finra agrees to it, the R/S will happen. It's almost a guarantee they will, though.

Well, it's certainly an odd price for a small trade to go off at. That, I don't understand at all.

Its not so much the shares traded, its the stock price value shift. Curious why it pivoted, especially with no volume and being on the expert market. As a person who purchased this stock as a "throwaway" speculation, I will say that every .0001 change is in excess of 10K in value to me.

Not suggesting there is a correlation, however in 2020, I saw subtle bounces in value (after being dormant since 2018) and then it took a run...maybe, who knows, but at least there is a movement for some reason.

Curious as to the general geography the main participants on this board live? Me, I am Western NY near the Canadian Border,. Not fishing, just curious.
