An interesting summary of Greenway’s 8K. See link below.

I received your note regarding the 8-K announcement. Hopefully they will leverage the money they received in a way that will allow them to compile a news release soon. The delay may be due to their attempting to retrofit the reformer they had built years ago. For a company to grant $1.3 million to Greenway, one can only assume it would be to develop and demonstrate their concept in a full size working model. Fingers crossed that it will work and that it can be done in a fairly short period of time.

It is indeed great news. It would be even better for the company to write up a news release outlining what was said in the 8K. Most people do not read 8Ks and a general news release would not only catch the current crop of shareholders, but many others who follow industry trends on other business sites. Hopefully we will see that shortly.

Great news in the recent 8-k change notice! GWTI received $1.3MM NON-REFUNDABLE from an interested party to construct a full-sized demo G-Reformer unit. The party obviously has high expectations of success due to the non-refundable funds. They should see success as it is simply a larger-sized unit from that in the UTA (U of Texas-Arlington) lab that has been running successfully for about 8 years. Notice also mentioned stock to be traded on a higher market than the OTC pink sheets sometime in the near future and a strengthened set of rules for internal management and the BOD. Seems to be following perfectly the expectations they opined earlier in the year and makes me very confident that the contracts and projects they have been working on (though I have no idea what these are at the current time) will come to fruition as well as they now seem to have a mgt group that gets things done on a tight schedule. The more people know about our technology, the better it becomes, even to our own insiders. The markets we are targeting (transportation, energy, high tech/AI, shipping, stranded gas, chemicals, flared gas, betterment of living conditions in the poorest areas of the world, etc) are all monstrous individually and we can address all of them. I more than ever believe GWTI is to become one of the hottest stocks of the century and will improve not only stockholders financial positions greatly, but will improve living conditions worldwide even more.

I don't know what to say. It would appear that the company's enthusiasm for its products and future are far less than yours. No shareholder meetings, and no communications. A well run management team that wants to get the word out will attend industry conferences and present papers at those conferences. Greenway does not do that. They sit. Yes, you do have to pay to present at some (not all) conferences, but that would be money well spent. They have a relationship with the University of Texas. The professors and grad students routinely present papers or publish material in trade journals. It would appear that we are not actively exploring that avenue. Writing articles for local and business journals. The only expense there is time. Nothing. You see my point. Potential business partners look at those things when doing their due diligence. It is as if this management team has never run or been involved in a startup technology company. Hope is not a strategy.

I think there is a lot of interest in GWTI and they are not hanging their hats on GME by any means. If that happens, great, but if it doesn't happen it won't faze GWTI. My contact is happy with the forward progress GWTI is making - and that is all I ask of him. I have introduced people to GWTI and my contact, as I live just down the road from UTA in the DFW metroplex. These people are all deeply involved in the oil/gas/power generation industries and include suppliers, distributors, local state politicians (would be embarrassing for TX politicians not to know about this revolutionary technology as UT holds the patents and UTA lab was a major partner in advancing the technology), and some who just have friends/relatives in high places in these industries. All who have had contact with GWTI have expressed that it seems to have a technology that will be very commercial. Other than that, I just sit and wait for the first deal to hit.

I agree that the company needs but one unit operating unit to garner the attention they, and their technology deserves. I just don’t see GME being the business partner to do it. They make note of a number of projects, with photos, on their website, but they, themselves, are not involved in any of those projects. That, and the lack of experience of their executives tells me that Greenway should spend minimal, if any time with them. I do hope I am proven wrong. If you know of any other details that I am missing, or have information showing that my assessment is wrong, please share. In this instance, I would love to be wrong.

Will try and have a response regarding GME NLT next week. I just saw GME's website and published it; I certainly didn't do any deep digging as you did and for which I thank you. IMO GWTI is not in the dark regarding GME's status and they feel comfortable with forward-looking plans - but that is just my opinion.

I stress that GWTI works in silence as evidenced by how they dropped the H-Reformer System and Methanol Reformer System on us without anybody realizing they were doing any investigation into greatly widening the scope of the G-Reformer technology. These blew me away and made me realize GWTI was not just a shell, but an actively working company comprised of now great leadership and a handful of insiders working diligently to bring this technology to light. I do believe it was too far ahead of its time years ago, when first discovered, for business people to realize the potential it possessed. That has now changed and I believe we will see stark evidence of it sometime soon, though I cannot define soon as in weeks, months, or quarters.

I remain as positive today as I was prior to reading your findings. I won't be sweeping them under the table as I believe GWTI already knew all there was to know about GME - also, I believe they also have been very active so GME is not the only iron in the fire - but again that is just my own personal position.

On 1/29 of this year I passed on who I am talking with at GWTI and gave his email and phone number. I reiterate this point so people don't think I am just pulling stuff out of thin air. I don't get any specific info, just Mark's views on how the technology can now speak to a range of companies that could use it to their great profit and how GWTI is pursuing all angles to move these companies off the start line. This is why I feel our time is rapidly approaching to get from the drawing board to the physical presence of GWTI Reformes in the field.

One additional note. Button Holdings appears to be a family run company in the oil and gas business. It appears that Button Holdings is a company that raises funds for startup companies. That said, GME Hydro is likely a company that is being spun up to try to leverage GWTI technology. So, with that, my guess is that they are looking for funding themselves and that the joint project will be on hold until such time as GME Hydro collects sufficient funds.

It looks like GME Hydro is a paper company. Looking over the presentation (thanks for that, by the way), you will note that they have no physical address, anywhere in the US. Even the city of Johnstown, PA does not list the company. The CEO, Edward Button, makes no reference to GME Hydro in his LinkedIn portfolio. Instead he lists himself as President and Board member of Button Holdings... Stephen Zeller, the Chief Operations Officer of GME Hydro also has a LinkedIn portfolio. Again, no reference to GME Hydro. He is, however a Sr. Project manager in the Water Group at EBA Engineering, Inc. (Just as an FYI, you can identify these individuals as they have photos in their LinkedIn portfolios) With regards to Jeff Pyle, there are a couple of Jeff Pyles in LinkedIn that live in Pennsylvania. There is one that has an earlier photo (younger version) that looks like Jeff. Look at the eyes, if you are so inclined. He does have a degree in business and is listed as President at Allegheny Ozone, Inc. I don't know if the company still exists as the company link appears to be bad. Matt Sindlinger has a LinkedIn profile that consists of his name (the only Matt Sindlinger in LinkedIn that lives in PA). That's it. This individual lists himself as "Business Strategist in Ecommerce and Emerging Technologies". Joel Dalenberg, design officer for GME Hydro also has a LinkedIn page. He works for Arco Energy Partners. Apparently has worked there for 7 years.

Nothing wrong with any of the individuals, other than it is interesting that not one of them has GME Hydro as a company that they work for. The relationship with GME Hydro started back in October of 2023. Coming up on two years, yet the company does not appear to exist other than on a paper presentation. I do hope there is something more to this, as this could be a large waste of time for GWTI.

Do let me know what I have missed. I am hoping it is a lot.

Attached is a link to the GME Hydro website. GME is the energy provider in Johnstown WV that is scheduled (or at least expected) to bring on board a couple of the GWTI H-reformers. They are a much more substantial company than I first realized. Hope to hear something soon as to them moving forward regarding these purchases. All it is going to take is the first sale, and the resulting successful operations, for GWTI to explode upon the small-scale reformer scene worldwide IMO.

Looking through the SEC requirements for 10-K reports, the company has 90 days to file the report. This is due to the additional requirement that the report be audited by an outside firm. So with that, it may not be seen until the end of March, or possibly first business day in April. Thought I should correct this.

Just looking through last years reports, and noted that Greenway was very late with their end of year report (10-K). This quarterly report is also a year end report (10-K). Hopefully they have things better organized this year and they will get it out shortly. It should tell us if they have any new money flowing into the company.

First off, thanks for sending the note to Greenway, and for sharing the response. It would appear that we are a long way away from starting much as Mark indicated that they have not started the manufacturing process for plant 1. That would seem to imply that they have not yet executed the agreement with the company with which they have a letter of intent. Money problems I suspect. Regardless, I appreciate you reaching out to them.

Below is a link to an article showing how green methanol growth is in its infancy and will become a MAJOR source of power in the future. This is not the article Mark sent me as I can't get the link address. Am looking for it and will send when find it but the below article shows how large this new market is going to become.

Below is the response I got from GWTI. Mark said it was OK for me to share with all. He also sent an article on how the large Maersk shipping line plans on transforming all ships to being powered by green methanol I will send that in a follow-up post.

Would our Methane Reformer be able to be ramped up significantly to be put in service at large metropolitan city waste dumps worldwide or are there alternative systems that could do it much more efficiently?

It depends on what you want to make. We can make 3 things: Hydrogen, Methanol or GTL (A mix of chemicals and diesel fuel). City waste dumps typically produce 50% CO2 and 50% methane with some other things potentially mixed in. We need “pipeline quality natural gas”. There are specific standards. The good news is that what is made here is GREEN METHANE. So whatever we make will be GREEN as well. Green Hydrogen is eligible for Federal clean air subsidies. Typically as much as $3 per KG. We make about 10,000 KG of hydrogen every 24 hours per H-Reformer(R) . This requires about 1500 MCF of natural gas every 24 hours (after it has been “Cleaned”). The CO2 that comes out with the H2 must be separated and removed. It has value. You will need to get an offtake for the H2, but it is a GAS which makes it tricky. Most people looking for conversion of municipal waste consider converting the green hydrogen to green electricity.

Perhaps more practical is a gas to liquid approach. Easily moved by truck or train. In this case there is no co2 to separate as the carbon goes in the liquid. Methanol is the simplest. A single unit would make about 25,000 gallons of GREEN methanol per 24 hours. It is pretty much ready to go to market straight out of the unit. “Gray” methanol sells for $500 per metric ton. MERSK is paying $2500 per metric ton for GREEN methanol. The numbers are quite good here. GTL is also a liquid but would need to be separated into it’s compounds elsewhere. It would be quite valuable since it would be green as well. We have spent a lot of time building economic models of these market and can provide deeper information.

What sized cities would be the market for our methane Reformers?

One of the great benefits of our systems is that they are VERY SMALL compared to typical plants that do the same thing (Steam Methane Reformers). However, when looking at output from a municipal waste dump, our units may be quite large for them. Our units are computer controlled and can be dialed back to 50% of the numbers mentioned above. To go larger than quoted above we stack multiple reformers. There are economies of scale in doing that. Even large cities spread out their waste dumps so it really varies on how they match up. Most municipal dumps are smaller than a single unit, but not all.

Most cities we talk to are in a bad situation with the Federal Government as they are emitting Methane and CO2 into the atmosphere (or burning it). Please read the articles on the GWTI Web Site. It provides some good information about the 3 processes.

I can say that people could go to extraordinary lengths to capture GREEN methane. It is rare and valuable.

While it has been an extremely long road, we still believe there is no current alternative to what we can do. In the past months the number of people seriously planning to FINALLY buy units from us is very close. All say they have looked everywhere for an alternative to monetize natural gas and can’t find it.

Any chance our H Reformers for the WV project could be ready to be put online by this summer or is that a far too short a time to get them manufactured and ready to go?

It isn’t possible to make a plant of any kind by summer. I am happy to discuss what a real time frame would be. Unfortunately, here are many things that must be considered including PERMITTING, what can take time. If everything went as hoped, I think it is possible if we started immediately, we could be running in a year. This time will shorten as we begin building systems monthly.

Th real questions to ask are whether we are compatible from a size perspective, which process would be best for them, and (politely) to understand what they think their alternative is. We have run into these several times and usually get a good reception but to “actually” do it (probably due to money raising) has been elusive. We know of several sites where there are such municipal dumps that are flaring or venting their gasses and are facing large fines or outright shut down. Perhaps the market is just catching up to Greenway. I think we were way ahead. Green Methanol is a hot product and an offtake market would be easy to find.

I am happy to present an overview and get into details about the costs and requirements of any of the plants. Again, I apologize missing the email from Ransom.

Please feel free to call me at 636-443-3030. You might text first as I tend not to answer unknown calls for obvious reasons.

Attached is a part of an article about Mersk and green methanol. If you look around on line you will find much about this.

Regards,

Mark

Wonder if our Methane Gas Reformer could be ramped up significantly to address methane recovery from major worldwide landfills or if there are other systems of scale that could do it a lot cheaper? Also wonder what sized cities would fall into possibilities for using our Methane reformer.

I agree with you regarding the optimistic view. I find it particularly interesting that the other company is going to purchase shares of Greenway. If they are talking restricted shares, that would serve as the source of funding for the first H-Reformer.

Excellent news today! The first H-Reformers are coming about and IMO it will take but a single positive demonstration that the Reformers work exactly as stated for a mass of new orders to start coming into GWTI. Was not expecting to hear anything before Feb '25 or so, thus this news today is much earlier than expected and makes me extremely optimistic for '25. New leadership got GWTI moving as quickly as anybody could have expected. Stock price still just games being played as until GWTI gets off the pinks and gets a positive operational result for the H-reformer it really doesn't matter if the price is 1 cent or 5 cents or whatever it goes to. Long-term optimism

Kent Harer Resigns from Board of Directors

ARLINGTON, Texas, August 28, 2024

Greenway Technologies, Inc. (OTC: GWTI), (“Greenway”), an advanced gas-to-liquids (“GTL”) and gas-to-hydrogen (“GTH”) technology development company, announces the resignation of Kent Harer from the Board of Directors.

Based in Arlington, Texas, the Company, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Greenway Innovative Energy, Inc., is researching and developing proprietary GTL and GTH systems in association with The University of Texas at Arlington. These relatively small systems can be scaled to meet the natural gas supply wherever it is available. The Company’s patented technology has been integrated into its patented commercial G-Reformer® unit. This unit is the core of a system that can be used to make hydrogen (GTH) or, when combined with a Fischer-Tropsch unit, liquid fuels (GTL), including diesel fuel blend stock, with an associated variety of valuable long-chain hydrocarbon chemicals or methanol. In addition to a robust return on investment, the systems solve a critical problem by enabling conventional transportation of the liquid offtake or by creating hydrogen at the point of consumption. More specifically, GTL can convert stranded gas to a liquid that can be transported by conventional logistical methods, eliminating the need for a pipeline where none exists. For GTH, the hydrogen can be created at the point of use, removing the costly need to compress and transport centrally created hydrogen. Finally, the unit does this in either case with unequaled efficiency and no airborne carbon emissions.

"In December 2010, UMED acquired the rights to approximately 1,440 acres of placer mining claims located on Bureau of Land Management (“BLM”) land in Mohave County, Arizona for 5,066,000 shares of restricted Common A stock. Early indications, from samples taken and processed, provided reason to believe that the potential recovery value of the metals located on the 1,440 acres is significant, but only actual mining and processing will determine the ultimate value which may be realized from this property holding. The Company is currently exploring strategic options to partner or sell its interest in this acreage, while it focuses on its emerging GTL technology sales and marketing efforts.
Seems to me the company should sell these rights to acquire the money to get the prototype unit built and tested; anything to move this stock forward.

No first-person info but good news this summer wouldn't surprise me; this is definitely not a dead play.
Hard to believe a possible globe-changing technology has been left on the shelf this long.
First it was fuel, then it was chemicals, later it was hydrogen, and what seems to be forgotten is the massive amount of water and electricity generated.
Somebody one day is going to pull their head out .... and recognize the potential.

So many rich oil 'wildcatters' and yet NONE willing to put up $15MM or so to possibly change the global landscape?
What about the world aid agencies, they don't see how this could bring, water, electricity, revenues to areas currently dying on the vine? They are about useless IMO. One trial balloon in Africa could show a way to change an entire continent that currently is more primitive than modern.
Money being pissed down every comical avenue politicians can find yet proven technology (at least on a very small platform at UTA) isn't deemed worthy of a drop of funding.

Think of how many view $15MM as play money worldwide (hell, this is only 1/2 the cost of an upscale CA or SF house these days) and yet what good use it could do via GWTI.
My money is on success for GWTI in the future - and this summer may be the starting point. My vote is for very positive results

Heard yesterday from a fellow investor who contacted the company that the LOI is still valid and company is still expecting it to result in a PO. Hope it starts moving a bit quicker than it has but greatly relieved to hear it is still open and has not been terminated.

I was unaware until just recently that GWTI also redesigned the Fischer-T machine (very old and established technology) used as the back end of the GWTI process w/ the G-reformer to adapt it strictly for the G-reformer. Have fingers crossed that the 2 G-reformers are ready to go sometime in Q1/Q2 '24 but completely in the dark into how long it will take to manufacture them. Wonder if they would send up the one G- reformer I think GWTI has to get the testing going and then send up the 2nd reformer when it becomes available. I am giving GWTI a couple of years to get things really going and maybe some stock appreciation but anything within 5 years will be most appreciated.

It amazes me how UTA has been able to come up with catalysts to turn syngas into fuel (diesel or jet), chemicals, hydrogen, I believe methane was mentioned (note this could be used by all major city dumps and there is next to unlimited methane gas in the ocean), and who knows how many other possibilities. As for the current G-reformers going to an electric power plant to turn into hydrogen, what happens to the balance of the syngas left after the hydrogen has been stripped, does it still contain other properties that would allow other end products to be produced or could it be processed simply to produce the vast amounts of water (I don't believe this is possible because water is simply H2O and they are stripping out the H but one never knows).

This technology does have world altering value IMO and that is why a measly $15MM or so holding up the initial prototype test was so damn frustrating. Once the hydrogen application shows to work exactly as planned (and there is absolutely NO reason it shouldn't) IMO there should be many suitors lined up at GWTI's door asking to have the same type of deal (with a nice buy in of company stock) for the oil and gas industry with the ability to change the arid lands of the world into arable lands.

For all his blustering but which IMO may be just plain BS, who should have jumped on this with both feet to advance clean energy and improved world living conditions is Bill Gates but IMO BG is simply looking out for BG.

I consider this electric company situation as a white knight saving the company for us initial investors. No other way I saw that would not entail the new investors completely wiping out current stockholders. I hope this new development saves the company and allows us current investors a chance to make a nice return on our investment. I am not looking for pie in the sky numbers (though they are not out of the question IMO) as even $1 to $2 would allow me to live my dreams.

This technology sounds like something Elon Musk would be all over. He’s got a few bucks to push this company forward. Wish I had his cell number.

/Does the hydrogen process only need the G-reformer as the natural gas will already be on site for conversion to hydrogen? As such, does it need the mini--refinery looking setup that GWTI has at their property near Houston?

Deos the natural gas to fuel or chemical process require the mini-refinery setup?

From what I understand they have to first get the G-reformer accredited as to safety (though they don't work with any real high pressure or finicky technology) and then do the test runs to achieve economical production.

Hope the transition to hydrogen also produces the same amount of water and heat as the fuel and chemical processes do or would there be no need for the heat/turbine setup when being used for hydrogen?

This is a godsend if this allows GWTI to finally be able to prove to the oil/gas and the electrical power industries that it is of great benefit. Could be a world changing technology for many desert areas of the world and for many disadvantaged areas where the income, water, and electric generation (in use with a turbine) could allow them to become prosperous.

I believe the strong interest in the Greenway units that produce hydrogen is two fold. First, the Federal government provides power companies subsidies for using hydrogen (green energy) Second, the units themselves can easily be transported to location on trucks. No need to transport hydrogen as it would be generated on site. Just need a natural gas source, which would already be there for the gas burning plants.
