Item 7.01.

Regulation FD Disclosure.

On September 16, 2020, Pietro Satriano, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of US Foods Holding Corp. (the “Company”), and Dirk Locascio, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, will participate in the 3rd Annual Wells Fargo Virtual Consumer Conference. During its investor meetings at the conference, the Company expects to provide a general business update, including current case volume trends, as well as Adjusted EBITDA guidance for the third fiscal quarter 2020.

A copy of the slides prepared by the Company that will be referenced by Messrs. Satriano and Locascio during the Company’s investor meetings at the conference are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
