Hill International (Nasdaq:HINT), the global leader in managing construction risk, announced today that it has been awarded a contract by Central Plaza LLC to provide project management services during design and construction of the $90 million Sakanela mixed-use development in Tbilisi, Georgia. The 33-month contract has an estimated value to Hill of approximately $4.4 million. Sakanela is a Class A mixed-use development comprising 311 residential apartments and 120,000 square meters (1,120,000 square feet) of commercial space. The project is located in the center of Tbilisi,�between Rose Revolution Square and the Mtkvari River.
