Weak price action since it’s been on the nasdaq. Hopefully can turn that around soon.

Bitcoin stocks reversing this afternoon. Next week it should be UP, UP, UP as we move into "April halving".

Back in with mid 3s average. I exited before BK exit, was not sure how equity/warrants would play out. Was the right choice for me, my average was .05 out at 1.20

I like Core, its been a laggard in this sector and hoping for a nice performance thru the having into the bull phase. Only miner Im holding now.

This one is tricky. Two kinds of warrants will dilute as they get converted. But this is a monster bitcoin machine. I went with tranche 1 warrants. Strong case for buying common too. If common hits 6-7 bucks, some dilution will hold it back, and then maybe 20+ for the first bull run. for 2025, it could go sky high with the warrants behind it. Too cheap to ignore.

Likely, maybe the bottoms in few sessions ago , this sec. So volatile.

Btc is in bull phase, this will only be a good thing at least until 2025, the smaller and inefficient miners will go away and only big ones wil stay like corz and mara

I agree. The unintelligible language used in all the crap we were mailed was the worst of legalese. And neither Stretto nor Atrade/Schwab could be helpful.

The cost of warrants seemed to be more than current share price. How is that possible or sensical?

They produce more btc than mara, plus they already went through a bankruptcy once, this is all good signs, 3x from now easy maybe more

I think CORZW is a pretty standard warrant, with an exercise price of $6.81

CORZZ seems to be different, that it is exercised at a price of $.01, so pretty much equal to the common share price, but can only occur if the CORZ share price is over $8.72?

I feel like I am missing something in terms of the calculation.

But we still have to figure out the cost basis of all three from CORZQ. I've emailed Cores IR. Maybe I'll get an answer.

My 2,000 CORZQ became:

CORZ: 200
CORZW: 506
CORZZ: 433

So, on the warrants, each 10 shares of CORZQ became 2.53 CORZW and 2.11 CORZZ. In the last presentation, it was mentioned that the share and warrants might increase slightly.

Wondering how folks are allocating cost basis from CORZQ to CORZ, CORZW and CORZZ.

Should get per ten pre-split shares converted:

1 CORZ = $4

2.5 CORZW = $1.40*2.5 = $3.5

2.1 CORZZ = $2.10*2.1= $4.41

Total current value should receive per 10 shares = $4 + $3.5 + $4.41 = $11.91. So shares pre-split are essentially trading at $1.19 currently

Ugly

I think this is why CORZQ dropped. The share price up through yesterday was inclusive of the warrants people will be getting. And since if you bought shares today you won’t be getting warrants after the reverse split, the share price went down by the assumed value of the warrants post reverse split. Makes sense.

IBIT went from 227.9 BTC and no cash yesterday to now 2,620.59 BTC and $111,912,401 in cash.

10x the bitcoin and 10x amount of cash of total AUM after one day. Interesting the price got hammered.

WASHINGTON/NEW YORK, Jan 10 (Reuters) - The U.S. securities regulator on Wednesday approved the first U.S-listed exchange traded funds (ETFs) to track bitcoin, its Chair Gary Gensler said, in a watershed for the world's largest cryptocurrency and the broader crypto industry.

The agency approved applications, including from BlackRock BLK.N, Ark Investments and 21Shares ABTC.S, Fidelity, Invesco IVZ.N, and VanEck, among others, according to a notice on its website. Some products are expected to begin trading as early as Thursday.

At $1.70 would give this a $42 sp.

If the approval plan is 25:1, that's what it will be.

I believe what ever it takes to get to $4 range , to uplist to NASDAQ , pps keeps going up i guess a a 1:2 . We will see ..Looking good tho
