On September 9, 2008, Ashworth, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the financial results for its third quarter and first nine months of fiscal year 2008.  The Company will hold an earnings call at 4:30 p.m., Eastern Time, on September 9, 2008 to review such results.  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
