Il Cda di Net Insurance ha approvato il comunicato dell'Emittente che contiene la valutazione motivata del Cda sull'offerta pubblica di acquisto volontaria totalitaria promossa da Net Holding sulle azioni e i warrant della società e sulla congruità dei relativi corrispettivi, rispettivamente pari a 9,50 euro per ciascuna azione che sarà portata in adesione all'offerta sulle azioni e a 4,81 euro per ciascun Warrant che sarà portato in adesione all'offerta sui Warrant.
