SAN DIEGO, April 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Celtron International, Inc. (OTC:CLTR) (BULLETIN BOARD: CLTR) and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Satellite Security Systems, Inc. ("S3"), today announced that Georgia-based Blue Bird Corporation and S3 have completed their joint due diligence efforts and have formalized the OEM agreement that will govern the S3/Blue Bird relationship. Under the terms of the OEM agreement, S3 received a second order from Blue Bird which the company expects to start fulfilling on late in the second quarter of this year. The agreement grants Blue Bird exclusive rights in the bus manufacturing market to sell S3's GlobalGuard(TM) System while providing S3 with unprecedented access to the nation's second largest school bus fleet. "Our first quarter objective was to change our distribution models by working with strategic partners in the various vertical channels we support," said Ken Dixon, CEO of S3. "This second order, along with the executed OEM agreement between S3 and Blue Bird represents a major milestone in our post-merger operation." S3's GlobalGuard System builds on proven GPS technology solution and a flexible architecture by integrating it with its 7/24/365 live Monitoring and Support Center and two-way satellite communication to offer school districts unsurpassed Safety and Security and the potential for significant reduction in transportation costs through efficient routing and scheduling processes. "This is an important and exciting relationship," Dixon added. "Our GlobalGuard system is a rock-solid solution with demonstrated success in the school transportation market while Blue Bird has an outstanding reputation and a very strong network of dealers in that same market. I was particularly pleased with the initial roll out of the GlobalGuard solution to the Blue Bird dealer network at the 2006 Spring Parts Conference held last week. An overwhelming number of opportunities for both companies became apparent, and there was a great deal of excitement among the dealer network." This newest order represents an expected value in excess of $1.5 Million in product and services to be delivered through the end of 2006, marking the second step of a phased approach to a full, industry wide rollout with Blue Bird. In addition to this newest order, Blue Bird has also secured an option for a minimum of 5,000 additional units during calendar year 2006. About Satellite Security Systems, Inc.
