McInnes as Chairman of its Board of Directors, effective immediately. Mr. McInnes has served on the Board of Directors since February 2008. The Company also announced Kenneth L. Saunders appointment to the Board of Directors, effective immediately. The addition of Mr. Saunders brings the Company's number of directors to seven.
