There are no progress updates... just fluff and nothing burger 'announcements' and 'products'

Thanks, I didn't dig into the goodwill section much yet so didn't realize it was that much. Yeah nothing on there for tangible assets and seems like they still shift/move debt around between associated companies.

Not surprising that 'flexfridge' isn't doing anything despite some pumper posts. They really have nothing except some small software income, hence the share price that has dropped into trips.

Point is goodwill represents ... 60% of total assets, in other words there is nothing tangible. And they even admit Flexfridge is not in production (but I guess there is zero demand)

Q1 report filed... slight positive net income on slightly lower revenue vs small loss previously. Nothing really notable / of significance either positive or negative that I saw in a first look through the report.

Looks like the planned large sell/dumping is done? Somebody unloaded 75M+ shares over the past 2 weeks.

How does it create revenue for them?

I guess "coming days" means sometimes this summer. Is it faster then "shortly", don't know... When semantics take over on business plan, anything is possible. Now, who needs blockchain technology for a free text messaging app? And if it is free, what is the business model to generate revenues? Once again, they are blowing cold air into a balloon, won't fly very far.

We already have WhatsApp that offers full encryption and has been around for years and has a well established userbase... and even iMessage is end to end encrypted.

Yeah they filed Monday. Nothing really of interest or exciting... or really anything in there that is interesting for revenue or products, just moving money around between his companies.

So they quietly filed the 10-K. They listed the Stokes share cancelation trial back on track for May 2024. If I am reading it right (I may not be), it also looks like they want from a $166,879 profit in 2022 to a $58,910 loss for 2023. It appears if it wasn’t for that robotic arm thing, they would have a net income for the year.

One thing of note, and I am not done reading it in full, but there was this. Ameritek Ventures vs Clinton Stokes for recovery of assets, Clinton Stokes failed to provide evidence he own the IP Assets. This case is currently in Nevada court. Custodian has unable to located the IP Assets for optic fiber technology. Custodian determine that agreements between Wesley Poff and Merdian Pacific Holdings prevented Clinton Stokes from owning the IP Assets. The Company’s goals is to cancel Clinton Stokes’s cancels and recover the $100,000 payment and legal fees. As February 2024, the case is back on track and the trial has been schedule for May 2024.

Yep, that's called cooking the books by moving money around. Stay out!!

Annual Report out...

Operating revenue $949,438 for 2023, compared to $1,076,286 for 2022, a decrease of $126,848, or 12%.
Net operating income $120,542 for 2023 compared to net loss of $342,204 for 2022. This result is due to reducing expenses significantly in 2023.

Other income decreased by $661,886 during 2023 (robotic arm license one time benefit). Interest expenses increased to $185,452 in 2023 from 152,803 in 2022.

Net loss $58,910 during 2023 as compared to a net income of $166,879 realized during 2022.

So basically revenue declined a little and they significantly cut expenses and labor - using contract labor only so they have no actual full time employees.

Interesting how Shaun is basically just moving money around between his companies:
The Company recognized other revenue of $661,886 for permanent licensing of the Robotic Arm patent to ZenaTech, Inc., a related party. ZenaTech, Inc.’s controlling shares are owned equally by Epazz, Inc. and Shaun Passley, PhD. Shaun Passley, PhD is the President of both Ameritek and Epazz, Inc., their Chief Executive Officer and majority shareholder.

Financials due today. Markets closed, but annual report is still due. Will they file on time? Will the report have anything of substance?

What about the crypto news to come "soon". A good old ice chest will do the job in 90% of the situations. Nobody cares about a portable fridge. The only value in ATVK was the drone patent that was sold on the cheap last year to fuel the pump above 0.01

You don't hear anything, because there is nothing to talk about here. You're the only one pumping continuously with old/recycled info.

If they actually had a product that was selling and some news, there would be a lot more activity.
