If you count the 12.22% shares Shaun owns through Epaz that gives him over 52% ownership of the common shares of ATVK. If you can find another OTC stock where the CEO owns just 1% of the commons, I'd probably buy buy buy that one too.
Now ask yourself why he would want to dilute and devalue his own shares/money?
ATVK is also a fully reporting SEC filing company. Another rarity in the OTC.
As far as the Robotic arm is concerned he owns patents on it, much like he did with the drones that he sold for $200k to help get ATVK relisted and off of CE back in 2022-23.
The debt you've spoken of is owed to himself through Epaz and imo is just used to leverage and boost both ATVK and ZENA his nasdaq ticker.
Shaun moves at a snails pace but the dude has got a lot on his plate. IDC about no revenues either, 99% of penny stocks have none or very very little and still pump hard.

No updates, because they have NOTHING going on. Stock share structure already maxxed out from prior dilution. No underlying viable businesses, minimal income or profits. Just used to move money through by Shaun and his family members.

I missed the last two dream hitters from .001 area (both hit .01+) sold a day to early :( over the last few months. I Hope this is my third… I’ll be holding for a while longer! Waiting patiently since 2021 and beat myself down multiple ways.. Trump will get everyone back on track we hope!!

Thats pretty common with a Shaun Passley stock. He and his family (including family owned entities) actually own an overwhelming majority of controlling shares between common and preferred.

Its fun to ride the pumps, but watch out for big dump and the RS... for example look what he did with EPAZ - massive RS and then almost immediately diluted issuing more shares which effectively wiped out value of any prior bagholders.

How about you go and re-read the history? Below in quotes " " and italicized directly from the 10-Q

"Ecker Capital, LLC is our merger and acquisition division.
Ameritek entered into a selling agreement with ZenaTech, Inc., a related party, to sell 100% of Ecker Capital, LLC membership shares on October 14, 2024 with an effective date of October 1, 2024. ZenaTech’s controlling stock interest is owned by Epazz, Inc. and Shaun Passley, PhD. ZenaTech, Inc. issued members 3,000 ZenaTech Super Voting Shares, 1,000,000 ZenaTech Common Shares and 300,000 ZenaTech Preferred shares (notes 5 and 10)."

This was Shaun moving money on paper between his family owned 'businesses'. Shareholders of Ameritek didn't and will not see a dime.
"As a result of the sale the only revenue for Ameritek Ventures, Inc. comes from DittoMask, Inc. DittoMask did not generate profit of over $1,000 in 2024"

In short, Shaun sold one of his 'holding companies' to his other company in exchange for shares of his own company with goodwill devalued significantly based on the Zena stock price.

Shaun fluffed this robotic arm years ago, and its now so far behind anything else available for features that nobody would want this. Late to the market, poor features, and no sales. Tons of other well-established competition.

No I'm not short... I held shares a while ago and got out when I smelled the crap pouring from Shaun and his paid pumper with zero delivery or anything ever actually happening.

Nothing is heating up here... read the financials. They have almost no sales, and a ton of debt and have diluted the crap out of the shares.
