Watch out for These Earnings News This Week: ADP, ARMH, CMI, CVS, EFX

Automatic Data Processing Inc. (NASDAQ:ADP): The company is scheduled to announce its quarterly earnings on 5th of February. ADP Inc. is expected to report its quarterly profit at 71 cents per share while its revenue is likely to be at $2.72 billion, up 5.4 percent from the revenue it had reported a year back for the corresponding quarter.

ADP Inc. had met the consensus estimate for the previous quarter results, while it exceeded the estimates for two quarters prior to the last one. The company stock is currently trading at $60.42, down 0.38 percent from its previous close. The stock had opened at $60.50 and has traded in the range of $60.28 and $60.75 in the current trading session. It has traded 383K shares as of now. The company’s dividend yield stands at 2.88 percent. ADP commands market capitalization of $29.33 billion and its Price Earnings ratio is 21.39.

ARM Holdings Plc (NASDAQ:ARMH): The company is expected to report its quarterly earnings per share at 16 cents per share. It would be announcing its results on February 5th. ARM Holdings will also be reporting its annual earnings on the same date. The stock is trading 0.78 percent lower, at $42.17. The company has traded 1.16 million shares in the current trading sessions so far and its stock has traded in the range of $21.64 and $42.78 in the past 52 weeks. The company stock’s beta is 0.93, while its P/E ratio stands at 82.24. It had reported its latest Earnings per Share at $0.51. ARM Holdings stock was recently downgraded by Benchmark Co. The stock’s new rating is hold, down from Buy. The company had reported its annual revenue at 492 million GBP for FY 2011. Its revenue for FY2012 is likely to be at 563 million GBP. Its operating margin is expected to remain flat at 45 percent.

Cummins Inc.  (NYSE:CMI): The company would be announcing its financial results on February 6th. It is expected to report its quarterly earnings per share at $1.87 per share. For full fiscal year, the company’s earnings per share is likely to be at $8.55 per share. Cummins had announced lower revenue for the third quarter. Its stock is trading at $116.67, 0.28 percent higher than its previous close. It has traded in the range of $115 and $117.70 in the current trading session.  It has traded 427k shares so far, in comparison to its daily average trading volume of 1.53 million shares. The stock has traded in the range of $82.20 and $129.51 in the past 52 weeks. The company stock trades at Price Earnings ratio of 12.18 and its beta is at 1.95.

CVS Caremark Corporation (NYSE:CVS): Its stock traded in the range of $51.05 and $51.58 in the current trading session and at this point is at $51.09, down 0.95 percent.  CVS Caremark will be reporting its fourth quarter results on February 6th and it is likely to report its profit at $1.10 per share, up from 89 cents per share it had reported a year back. For the full fiscal year, its profit is likely to remain at $3.39 per share. The stock’s highest price point of 52 weeks stands at $52.73 while its lowest price point is at $42.43. CVS Caremark stock is trading at Price Earnings ratio of 17.16 and its beta is 0.76. The company’s dividend yield stands at 1.76 percent. CVS Caremark may report its quarterly revenue at $31.13 billion, up from $28.32 billion it had reported for the corresponding quarter of the last year. The company’s full year revenue is expected to stand at $122.86 billion.

Equifax Inc. (NYSE:EFX): Equifax is expected to report its quarterly profit at 75 cents per share on February 6th. The company had earned 68 cents per share during the corresponding quarter of the last year. For the full fiscal year, the company’s EPS is expected to be at $2.95 per share. Its full year revenue is projected to be at $2.16 billion, while its fourth quarter revenue is expected to be at $556.9 million. Its stock is currently trading at $59.13, down 0.25 percent. It is trading in the range of $58.80 and $59.43 in the current trading session.  The stock is lower than its 20 days moving average price of $59.31 and 50 days moving average price of $59.32. In the past 52 weeks, the stock’s price range has been $39.15 and $59.60. The stock’s beta is 1.05 and its Price Earnings ratio is 24.23. CVS Caremark commands market capitalization of $7.07 billion.
