Parkwood Holdings plc announces that on 12 May 2011 the Company purchased for cancellation 110,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 45 pence per share.
Following cancellation the Company's capital will consist of 17,988,120 Ordinary Shares with a nominal value of 1 pence each and the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 17,988,120.
