Result of AGM
Premier Foods announces that at the Company's AGM held today all
of the resolutions proposed were passed with the required
majorities by way of a poll.
A copy of the resolutions in respect of the special business
approved at the AGM will shortly be available for inspection on the
UK Listing Authority's National Storage Mechanism at
http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
The items of special business approved at the AGM were:
Resolution 13 Renewal of power to disapply pre-emption rights.
Resolution 15 Approval of notice period for general meetings.
