                                  Board changes 
 
Vyke Communications plc (AIM: VYKE), the leading mobile Voice over Internet 
Protocol provider, is pleased to announce a number of board changes. 
 
The changes will add considerable commercial experience to the board and bring 
additional focus on tight operational controls within the business. The board's 
focus will be on delivering growth and driving the business towards 
profitability.

Appointment of Executive Chairman 
Tommy Jensen is relinquishing his role as Chief Executive Officer which he has 
held since 23 December 2009 and has resumed his role as Executive Chairman. 
 
Appointment of Chief Executive Officer 
Mohammad Asif, Business Development Director for BLS Tel Holdings LLC, has been 
appointed Chief Executive Officer. 
 
Mohammad Asif has held a number of senior positions in the telecoms industry, 
including working in a management position for MPS Telecom in New York. In his 
current role with BLS Tel Holdings LLC and its affiliates he is responsible for 
a joint venture with Multi-Links Telecommunications Limited in Nigeria as well 
as establishing BLS Tel Holdings LLC's international carrier services division. 
 
Mohammad Asif has been appointed by Bonjour Europe Limited pursuant to its 
rights under the Joint Venture Agreement as announced on 12 July 2010. 
 
Appointment of Non-Executive Director 
Jørgen Rasmussen is relinquishing his role as Non-Executive Chairman which he 
has held since 23 December 2010 and will continue as a Non-Executive Director. 
 
Mohammed Asif, Chief Executive Officer, commented as follows : 
"I am delighted to have the opportunity to join Vyke as its Chief Executive 
Officer at an important time for the Company and am looking forward to working 
with the existing board members to deliver growth and drive the business towards 
profitability." 
 
Tommy Jensen, Chairman, commented as follows : 
"I am pleased to have the opportunity to welcome Mohammed Asif to the board of 
Vyke. Mohammad's appointment will ensure that the board is in good shape during 
this important phase of Vyke's development as it seeks to maximise the present 
opportunity with Bonjour Europe Limited and its affiliates whilst at the same
