Suspension of listing of Income Shares and Capital Shares 
 
Further to the announcement of 5 May 2011, an application has been made to the 
UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the listing in respect 
of the Income Shares and the Capital Shares to be suspended. It is expected 
that the listing of the Income Shares and the Capital Shares will be suspended 
at 7.30 a.m. on 31 May 2011.
