Adoption of an Investing Policy

At the Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, all resolutions put to shareholders were passed.

At a General Meeting of the Company, also held earlier today, all resolutions put to shareholders were passed and accordingly the completion of the Disposal and adoption of the Investing Policy as set out in the Circular to shareholders dated 25 June 2013 was approved in accordance with Rule 15 of the AIM Rules.
