Shalibane announces that, following a meeting held on 29 March 2001, its
bankers have decided not to extend the Company's existing overdraft facility
beyond the expiry date of 30 March 2001, effectively rendering the Company
insolvent.  In these circumstances the Directors have requested that the bank
appoint receivers to the Company.



Trading in Shalibane's shares on AIM has therefore been suspended.
