Further to the Company's announcement on 13 March 2000, Shalibane is pleased
to announce that Gary Vollmar and Gustave Ploss have formally been appointed
as executive Directors of the Company.  Gary Vollmar has been appointed Chief
Executive; Jeff Armiger, until now managing director of the Company, will
remain on the board as sales director.

Details required to be disclosed in accordance with paragraph 16.8(e) of the
AIM Rules in respect of each of these new directors are as follows:
