           Knowledge Technology Solutions plc ("KTS", "the Company")

                                  Contract Win

Arcontech, the award-winning developer of mission-critical software for
real-time market data transmission and trading, which was recently acquired by
KTS, has been awarded a significant contract to provide contract for difference
(CFD) and spread betting trading platforms to Hichens Harrison, the City's
oldest firm of stock brokers.

The contract comprises Arcontech's AXE software suite to provide a trading
platform for web-based online trading, a high performance price calculation
engine, order management and position keeping and a full back office
administration system.
