Hornby Plc, the international models and collectibles group, has
been notified that, on 29 June 2018, Lyndon Davies, the CEO and
Interim Chairman of the Company, purchased 112,935 ordinary shares
of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of
35.4185 pence per share. This purchase results in Lyndon Davies
