Temporary Suspension

Gate Ventures Plc (AIM: GATE), an Investing Company formed to make investments and capitalise on investment opportunities in the media and entertainment sector with a focus on theatre production and the music industry and businesses using technologies such as online social media, the internet and disruptive software development, announces that, at its request, at 13.40 on 11 June 2015 trading on AIM in the Company's ordinary shares of 1p each was suspended pending full information with regard to a fundraising which it is currently undertaking.

The Company is in discussions with potential investors to raise money through the issue of convertible loan notes.

Further details in relation to the terms and conditions of the fundraising will be announced in due course. Trading in the Company's ordinary shares will remain suspended until such time.
