Hopefully,the share price will trade between .50 and $1.00 soon.

doing more research on other public companies in the health care real estate industry. all of them trade 2-4x Equity value . and all of them have 3-5% dividend yields. im guessing this is why the Board decide to restructure. so we should be trading around 50 cents to 1 dollar right now.

We have a few months to average down.I will average down, if the share price drop to .15. Someone purchased shares for.12 on April 29.

also if you read on page 11 note 4 the joint venture investment has been going quite well and. projects are expected to be completed soon from page 19

· Three projects at one medical complex for which we provide project management services for the construction of a new catheterization laboratory and surgery room, and for electrical service upgrades. Construction is expected to be completed during the first half of 2013.

· We are providing client consulting services, including strategic planning, feasibility analysis, site selection, and development and project management services, on a medical office building comprised of approximately 43,000 square feet. Construction commenced during the fourth quarter of 2012 and is expected to be completed during the first quarter of 2014.

Q1 has always been their worst quarter based on previous years.NXCR still has 11.5 million in stockholders Equity and 6.6 million in cash compared to only 3.1 million in cash last year @ this time. i was use this opportunity to average down if the price drops below 20 cents.

it will come sometime next week. history of May filings has been between the 11th and 16th

Count down to earnings,I hope all will be happy with the earnings report.I am checking for the earnings report offen now. If the report is positive and the ask is still .25 or lower I hope to purchase more shares before others drive the price up.

i am mad @ my self i had 1k to buy NXCR @ 20 cents and i passed up oh well not going to average down now looks like we are ready to break out

damn i was one day away from taking out the .20 ask lol i I'm still going to try an averaging down though. i will try to buy tommorrow under .28 cents to lower my average. btw this happened in late 2011 early 2012 too people got really cheap shares to pps bounced back to around 50 cents

Our investment is gooding a little better so far today.

I will continue to average down,if the share price continue to drop.Someone purchased shares for .12 today.I hope the share price will turn around soon.I continue to believe we are invested in a good company.

I will purchase more shares of NXCR,if the company is profitable this quarter.I believe NXCR will pay off.Check out the Cibh. I wish I had purchased shares two years ago like the person that summed up the company in response to my post.If that stock continue to go up those few investors that post on that board will be rich because they own so many shares.You may want to watch that bank stock. If CIBH is profitable again this quarter, I hope to purchase more shares.

not me sadly they only got 300$ worth though i would only start to worry if we are trading around these levels on heavy volume

my opinion is that there are no MMs on this stock and retail controls the price lol.

Why such a ridiculous bid .003 ?

yea it would of been..... looking back through its history this NXCR had around a 160 million market cap in 2007. now Real estate has turned a corner again hoping we see that again soon with the restructuring plan

The bid is now .28. It would have been nice to get some cheap shares.

I do not understand why the bid is so low.I placed an order at .04.I do not believe it will be executed.
